Membership
David Challice has told Toby Mickelthwait that he can offer 5 year memberships.
John de Roeck (when treasurer) was concerned that when this practise was introduced, (for the last MEP elections), taking renewal funds by S/E etc. in advance would starve central division of funds for Independence etc.
